Refund policy

  • Because each order is custom-printed, we generally do not accept returns once production has begun.

  • We will accept a return only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design 

    • If your order qualifies (damaged/defective/incorrect), you may request either a full refund or a free reprint.

    • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.

      • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

      • If a return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
